Guy who claims he hit wire on trail charged by RCMP

Saw this story a few weeks ago. Doesn't look good for us. Guy who claimed he was on a bike and hit wire across trail actually hit fence while riding ATV without registration and insurance and made it all up.

Now charged by RCMP. Idiot.

Feel sorry for me, I am getting charged...but I got hurt. Here give me money to apparently do something good...sure....
