We have never been to your area, and were thinking about takeing the kids to the mountains for the first time (ages 15+12) what are the trails like in your area. They have a fair amount of exp. on moderate level trails.

Alberta economy? Really?....Seriously? There are very few people in AB out of work who don't want to be. There is jobs out there for most of them, they are just to lazy to find them. I have no doubt some people are looking hard and can't find work but they are very few and far between.

I am like everyone else cheap rates are great, but those don't seem to bad. I think most places were $80 last year?

O well no economy is gonna stop me from sledding :d

I talked to someone from the blue river booth yesterday and they said that they lost the coolies this year so it is now closed.

I thought the road was open and everything downhill of the main tral/road is open. Anything uphill was closed?
I think the poker rally used this road last year.

I really have no idea, she just mentioned the coolies being closed. I have never been there so I cant say for sure what is closed, just relaying what she said to me.

Holy cow, half the province in ab isnt working, you should have lowered the prices

Do you REALLY think that haveing room rates a little bit lower would attract unemployed albertans to go snowmobiling in BC? Cause I think that people who are unemployed probably don't own a sled to begin with.

Just sayin's all.
