Enclosed trailer inverter troubleshooting

Have a inteli power PD9245C (45 Amp) inverter. Not able to run the power bar which powers a few items; tv, radio charger, battery charger.

All runs fine with 110 plugged in,however isn't the inverter there to convert DC to AC power so you can have the option of having 110 power while not hooked up? Went to run the bar when parked offloading and no power. Checked all fuses and hooked up charger to battery in trailer 100% charged. Insight? Ideas?

is there a power light on the inverter so you know it's powering up from the battery?

I'll look at it again but dont beleive so.

I googled the model you said you have, the specs say it is a converter for charging 12V battery systems?

It came with the trailer, assumed it inverted power. So you figure this model just will charge the trailer battery when the truck isn't and is plugged into 110v?

Usually the inverter may only run a TV or microwave and one plug in ,the plug in you are trying may not be powered by the inveter.

yes, according to the specs of that unit it only provides any kind of power when your unit is plugged into 110v. it charges your batteries, as well as supplying power to your 12v devices in the trailer. it's not an inverter

X2 it's a converter not an inverter. An inverter turns 12v dc battery power into 110 v ac household current.

Shouldn't of assumed it was an inverter when I bought the trailer. Off to buy a sine inverter, good thing it's Boxing Day sales. This trailers build is getting up there.
