Hello, figured I would give my thoughts on a generator I bought this year might help someone out . I bought this generator at the start of this year after much shopping around. I got about 80hrs on it so far and haven’t had any trouble so far . Remote start works well, ignition switch has to be on but the battery doesn’t go dead over night so whatever. It’s fairly quiet for what it is. Time will tell the real story I guess but so far so good. Has no trouble running a/c in the trailer with the fridge/ water heater on . It’s a Chinese deal I’m pretty sure but Cummins in Edmonton said they would warranty it so we’ll see . I have a video of it under load if anyone is interested ( a/c , fridge, water heater on ) . For the price I think it’s a decent option.

My son was telling me about these. He works for Cummins in Sparwood. Pretty good price point. If I needed that much generator I'd be taking a hard look at them. I believe they're still manufactured in Indiana, but I could be wrong.

Yes, I believe there are a bunch of different models Westinghouse , Briggs and Stratton ect . Same generator different stickers. I don’t need that much generator either to be honest but I like to go a bit over what I need so it doesn’t have to work as hard and hopefully last longer. My thought process anyway.
