Hunters range in Enderby would be the closest.
Lots of other options in Sicamous or Malakwa (owlshead,queest,blue lake etc.)

would you happen to know the elevations to ride around Enderby? I can't ride too high due to lung issues but love the area and my mom lives there. Thanks

Enderby is about 1200 ft but the top of Hunters range was 7160 on the GPS

You can also ride Fly Hills in Salmon Arm (about 20 min away from Enderby) which has a lower elevation than hunters. Mostly a trail type ride though.

You could always head up to Silver Star. Take the sovereign lakes turn off head up the hill and take your first right. $5.00 fee.
It can be pretty fun sometimes if you wanna go for a quick braaaaaaappppp.
Prob 25-30 mins drive time from Armstrong.
Oh, trails are at 5500 ft elevation......
