a arm torque

Hi guys,
I've looked everywhere but I can't find what to torque my a arm nuts to. Does anyone know or have a link to a guide?

I don't know the exact torque but they are nylock nuts so bottom then a bit is what i always do.

Upper/Lower a-arm to bulkhead = 30 ft lbs (41Nm)
Upper/Lower a-arm to spindle = 40 ft lbs (54 Nm)
