75 skidoo 340

i got a 75 skidoo olimpic 340 and i got it running after sitting for a year but now it just doesnt run!
i pull it over and it will fire but also shoots flame out the carb and i cant keep it running. should i adjust or check the points for timing or what?

sounds like a carb kit and engine seal kit

it's backfiring check the jets the might be cloged or the wrong ones
