Sorry to see this happening to anyone, They were backcountry skiers.
2 were not equipped with beakons, probes and shovels.
I thought this weekend there was going to be s sledding tragedy, with all this new powder on all those weak layers.

In a way I am sad for those who know the deceased, but glad they weren't snowmobilers, because we don't need that spotlight anymore.

How can you be a very experienced back country user ( As global reported of the 2 Calgary brothers), and not have beacons on with Very high to extreme conditions.

very sad weekend hate to hear of anyone involved in ana avalanche my thoughts and prayers are with the victims families. please people let this be a bit of a wakeup call do not go into the back country without your beacons even on the ski hill it is a good thing to wear it you just never know when something is gonna happen
