3 beeps then the words emergency brake flashes across dash every 5 seconds?

Yea your brake is on...

or the sensor has popped out of its holder, check up the brake handle.

I put a Thing Cooker on mine and it did that first trip out. I heard about the heat on the wiring and coolant bottle issue so I checked mine and some plastic was a little melted. I put some insulated foil tape around wires and coolant bottle and used it for two days without that coming up on my display. I had an MBRP can all of last year with no issues. Might be something to check.

Mine does it if I don't let sled thaw out, the brake handle gets ice inside pivot and doesn't let off all the way

More so after sitting on deck with park brake on....

Have to manually work it to get it free and switch moving
