Nice looking sleds this year. Gone all nostalgic with the ZR and the El Tigre. 2 new engines, well sorta. New 600 2 stroke with 125hp which I'm sure will make a lot of people happy and the yamaha 3 cylinder 4 stroke with 135hp.

Some different track lengths in the XF lineup.

Cat has always had great graphics guys working for them. The other brands could learn something from them.

Also need info on that new trail skid. Some kind of rising ratio to compete with Rush and Rmotion?

Have to agree, this will be my next sled. Last year with the Suzuki engine in them. Love the color schem and graphics on the sleds for 2014.

I wish they would phaze out those heavy 4 strokes and bring back more 2 stroke options in the mountain segment!Like a 600 and 1000 again! If I want my wife and kids to update they get a 800 or 4 stroke, give me a break!I want to upgrade in cat again but my 1000 might have to do for another year!

They 800 has more horse and is lighter than a 1000 now. Finacally they can't build that may options, hard to keep everyone happy.

Since cat is done with Suzuki I've heard people say that the 2 stroke 800 is done, which I can see but does this also mean that the 2 cylinder 4 stroke is done too? Seems kind of wierd they'd go thru all the r&d just to have it in their sled for 3 seasons only.

I doubt the 800 2 stroke is done....just not going with Suzuki anymore. The Cat built CTEC has been in design for 4 years now. They are starting out with the release of the 600 and I am sure the CTEC 800...850? is next.
