If money is not an issue why would you not want the new technology? The motor is the same so it is proven, the weight is the same it's not heavier I think other than you may get a good rebate on an 11 there would be no good reason to get the older model. Keep in mind if this thing rocks the used value will drop fast on the old M IMO.

your joking right?

the diamond drive has a way higher failure rate than a chaincase. hence why the dropped it

what happens when the diamond drive piles up in the back of renshaw?

you know what you do when your chain piles up in the back of renshaw?

take one out of your backpack and replace it. go down to the truck and get your spare chain. or go to spindrift powersports and get a new one.

diamond drive pileup = helicopter or a really unfun couple days towing

a properly maintained chaincase will last 5000km+ then you should replace the chain anyways

if your a doctor you can afford one of each. and a helicopter. what ya worrying about

... do i need to say it again?

i'd say wait a year, THEN decide if you need to buy a sled RIGHT away go for the older model, see what the new sled does. if it turns out to be a pile, you're not stuck with it just my opinion

go with the 2012. cats not going to mess up the chassis because im sure they plan on using it for at least 4-10 years.

Not sure yet. Have to ask my sponsor, but we have been assured of kick ass deals if we buy them ourselves. Far less than your stated budget according to the numbers I've heard. If you are serious I will ask for solid numbers. I can remove the decals for you free of charge :). I do need to finish the filming season, so it's not a right away thing, but we are going to sport the 2012's next season. I will break in a 12 for you and pass on that deal too!!!

have you rode a sno pro?? majority of riders I know have all gone away from the floats and you'd pick up a standard 11 no problem for that budget, just saying

I am picking up a low mileage 2011 to use the remainder of the season and have snow checked a 2012 pro rmk. I'll make a decision on what to do once the pro comes. worst case scenario if I fall in love with the cat, I'll loose my $500 deposit.

I love cats, can't wait to see the difference from my ski doo, sold it tonight. I had an 09 I wonder if there will be a considerate difference
