I installed a set of vents from 2Cool Airvents on my RT. I was able to drill 22-1.25" holes in each panel. This should allow a fair bit of heat to escape from the clutches and exhaust.

I just threw a set of side vents on MY RX-1 aswell. I made a template the same size and cut out all the material in behind. Awesome product. Hope it helps the 4stroke breathe better, with snow over the hood.

how much did the kit cost ya? I was just about to order a 2006 rev 800X kit from Rory at motorsportaddiction $180.00, seemed like a good deal compared to SS at $400.00 + tax

Nice way to increase air flow. Bet it was hard to make that first drill hole. Remember measure twice drill once. Looks good Get going Rick I can hear your drill calling. Only whimps have knee pads.
