09 rmk airbox

hey every one i could use some help.....i have been trying to take off my air box on my 09 rmk 700 I have the hose clamps off and the fuel lines unbolted from side and yes the rubber strap at the top is off as well...so i ask what am i missing???? it doesn't come out any help....thanks.....

try taking the fuel tank off

on my 08 you do not need to undue the hose clamps, it slides up, one part stays on the carbs. it works slick once I figured it out.

i just pulled my 09 800 box out to replace the steering post (pain in the arse)

once i did everything you did as well as loosening the hose clamps it just takes some gentle persuasion backwards( towards the back of the sled, side to side and eventually it will pop off the throttle bodies

You do not need to take the fuel tank off !!!! The o8 and 09 boxes are diff do what audette13 said and it will come off.
