does anyone know of a link to a service manual for torque specs and rebuild procedures? thanks.

I found a free download online in December but accidentally deleted the manual and can't find another free one. A quick google search will get you links to factory manuals for about $5. Other than that the machz faq on dootalk.com is a wealth of info.

while you have gone this far have the injectors checked out or you will be doing this all over again. and move the low pressure pump out from under the motor while in there.

a few of the in progress build back together. once again thanks to Parkland motorsports in Stony Plain. exc. price and awesome to deal with. thanks Chris.
Snow Monkey left the shop and took the sled with her or i would stay and play some more
oh well tomorrow night.
i am already makin rippin sounds damn i gotta get this thing going.

its alive running good, will see this weekend :d:d:d:d:d i made rowdy look like she was crying when i heard it fire for the first time with my chit azzed grin. lol
pulls super sweet putting around the shop yard, will post pics this weekend.
what a opain in the azz to get into there though way to much engine for the size of the engine bay.
ok not really but it is really tight to work on.

so ripped it up on sat on the local area trails pulls hard seems all good

however note to everyone out there, DO NOT i repeat DO NOT try riding without ski rubbers on your spindles:d:nono::nono: frig got catapulted friday night and buried under the sled in the backyard by myself. what a pig to lift off ya when its upside down and your head is under the seat buried in 3ft of snow.:eek:
glad we still have lots of snow didnt hurt to bad, but man i bet it would have looked funny going over.:eek::eek:
