Yup checked the air box and yes constant flash is running hot ....thanks for the info .

ya i was thinking heat also but it has a temp. light ..o well it was a constant flash i will check the arbox thng...thanx

bought this sled used have out on a few hundred miles and no trouble at all....till today was out today and pullin the kids on slieghs and was running perfect .....got home was putting in in the garage and check engine light started to flash ...shut it down and restarted it still flashing so...

Wanting to maby put a 6 inch lift on my 06 sportsman 800 ..just wondering if anybody has any info on what brands are better than others ....bike has 30inch zillas on it now ...

I quess my biggest question is the suspension it seems to sag out really easy ...is there a spring adjust on it???

couple questions -firs would like to stiffen rear suspension seems to sag really easy. -next this is a 600 no reverse what can i do for mods to waker it up a bit ..it performs really well now just wondering if there is anything els that can be done...as far as clutching or engine performance and...

I don't know about breaking stuff just put set of 30 on my popo havn't hit the deep stuff yet But I rode lots with poeple whe have them and so far pretty trouble free an FRIGGIN awsome in the mud. The only thing that worries me is the angle of the axles to clear the tires.

She still walks with them on. No chip but clutched and air filter and custom dual i built myself.Not any power loss that I can tell yet from my 28 to the 30 but have not had it in the thick crap yet:d

Ya the pictures do make it look narrow in back but it really is not I have 1" spacers on front and 1.5" on the rear the rear stance actually is quite wide.
