i have a 2000 800 rmk that has sat for the past 1 1/2 years with little use and it starts but is a real bitch . took the air box off and blocked off the intake and it fires up and seems ok after that but a cold start requires the same method any advice is appreciated

so i installed a new rt40 warn on my 08 ranger and when i run the winch out it will not run in unless i wait 20 sec or so the if i go to run out it needs the same delay wtf? there is no consistency to the time delay and when it is running in/out it works fine but you can't toggle from in/out...
