I ride 08 DOO 162 HOLZ Racing BB and everything but a turbo. Mostly ride Baker and Whistler. If you want to get spanked by my bad ass sled sometime come on out. ;) J/K Love meeting new peeps. PM me if you want to ride.
Anyone with a dyno will tell you that most people with a dyno don't really know how to calibrate it. Jim at Dynotech Research in my opinion does. His numbers always seem to jive year after year. His quality control is impecable.
Two buddies are now riding Pro's my self am on a HOLZ Racing...
Yep. And its pretty fun. I built a wet kit from nitrous express. I use VP Q16 with they spray and 92 in the tank. Mostly run the 40 or 50hp jets. had some deto probs at first with 109 motor octane fuel but runs clean with the 116 motor octane oxygenated Q16. Pulls stupid hard on the spray...
I would counter sue them for the lost time, hotel rental, beer, pain and suffering and any thing else you can think of. F@#k them bastards. Cold seize my ass. I never let my sled sit and warm up before I head up the road. Just take it easy for a mile or two and never had a problem on any sled...

Reminds me of those commercials you see for fast food burgers and the burgers look so good and fresh and juicy. Then you sit in the drive through wondering why they call it fast food and end up getting some shriveled up excuse...
I have an 860 so maybe a little different. 500 mains 07 needles shimmed. Egts 1150 WOT at 3k to 6k plugs and wash just right. Also have a wideband o2 which reads 13 to 13.2/1 a/f which according to dyno numbers is the best a/f for power on the 800r. Could stand to shim a little more in the mids...
I cant speak for other kits. I've yet to run into another 860 sled. Would like to so I can see if my set up runs well. For anyone that says Dyno numbers don't mean anything, I say thats only partly true. What a great tool for maximizing your engines potential.
I have an 860 desinged and built...
