I have a 1917 .303, it was my grandfathers. They will never get that gun while I am alive.

The media doesn’t question anything because they’re instructed not to. They know that to do or say anything the liberal party doesn’t like will reduce the money the government gives their parent media companies.
And I don’t believe the RCMP is the driving force behind this. They’re just the instrument the government uses to enforce the regulations. The permanent progressive bureaucrats are the people pushing the gradual disarmament of citizens as per the United Nations decrees to rid the world of small arms in the hands of non government personnel.
it’s much easier to control the populace if only the government has firearms.
I talked to 2 of the guys that work our county. They think its a joke. They do not want to be forced to drive into guys farm yards to confiscate guns. They were very clear on that.

They may not want to be, but they take their orders from Ottawa. If they are told to confiscate the guns off of farms they absolutely will follow orders. There are very few RCMP officers that will not do what they're told. You should have a look at the oath they are made to swear when they become officers, it has nothing to do with protecting citizens

T'S TIME TO ACT AGAINST GUN VIOLENCE

a. Reduce existing stockpile

b. Reduce supply of new weapons

c. Close the gates between the legal and illegal markets

d. Reduce motivation for acquiring guns

Taken directly off the UN site.

Of coarse the UN will still posses firearms, you can trust them to follow the law. Please do not bring up the 3300 pedophiles that are working for the UN.

Yes that is true. I think they will use intimidation like letters mailed to you threatening legal action, warrants or possibly a criminal record. The RCMP will be the absolute last resort. There are probably 2 million licensed gun owners affected by this ban. Do you think they are going to put us all in jail? Where are the jails gonna come from? And the judges to process the charges? Think of the infrastructure its gonna take to make this all happen?

Hiring of more government employees coming to boost the economy is my guess ?
See how it worked in Alberta with NDP ?

I read an article last night that when the Liberals and Paul Martin last tried this with handguns they were voted out because of all the rural ridings they lost in Quebec and Ontario. They cited the multiplication factor of 2million gun owners and a probable 2 million spouses or adult children that voted with Dad. Then there is the guesstimated additional 2 million non registered gun owners and their immediate family voting against the Liberals as well. That makes a possible 8 million highly motivated voters that in a lot of cases were actual Liberal voters that either switched their votes or didn't vote at all. Power to the people!

That fails to factor in all the immigrants that they brought in to vote for them in the past number of years. I hate to say it but I think our elections are now rigged in favour of the Liberals no matter what

Another thing that seems to be transpiring in all of this. Both Jason Kenney and Scott Moe are talking about replacing their existing CFO's with someone from the provinces that will take orders from them. Not sure what the outcome of that would be but its nice to see that the Tory premiers are protecting their voting base. Would not be surprised to see Doug Ford follow suit as well shortly as he has been very critical of the Turds gun ban as well.

I hope so too. But between the Strategic placement of immigrants in certain ridings, and the leftist indoctrination in the schools, I think we are fighting a losing battle.

First I want to say how sad the shootings are in Nova Scotia and condolences to all those affected. God bless everyone affected.

The liberals were just waiting for something like this to boost their gun control platform and will manipulate details to their advantage. There was a lot of talk about long guns and hand guns being used by the shooter and then they slipped in the comment that there was at least one "assault weapon" that was found.

From the start of this it was labeled as a mass shooting... correct me if I'm wrong , and I'm sure some will, but isn't a mass shooting at one location?
Seems more like it should be called a serial killing. Not that that is any better.

Don't think I am taking this lightly at all but it is another way of government manipulation to suit their agenda.

I think all guns should be banned...after all...it might save some lives.

I cant believe anyone in their right minds could disagree with this fact.

If you think banning guns will save lives then all vehicles should be banned if you look at how many people get killed by vehicles compared to guns it’s all about government control

I was being facetious...I guess I should have used some sort of Emoticon to indicate that. Is there a facetious Emoticon?

If you look at my comments in some of the other gun threads you will see I'm not a gun owner but fully support gun ownership, Ive signed numerous petitions in support of gun owners. I am a great objector to today's CANCEL culture.
