Seems to be alot of issues surfacing this year.
Not snowWhat is causing this? What is hitting the rail?
Front part is from the front shock bottoming. What is causing this? What is hitting the rail?
I feel like a one piece design may have less failure points. I'm no engineer though.Rail needs to be made outta carbon fiber.
Imo
I honestly can't believe that rear bracket broke off. I drilled the rivets out of mine and chiseled it off the get a broken bolt and extractor out this morning. It took some pretty nasty smashes with a decent sized hammer to break that glue off. I was pretty surprised how tough it was.
If you look at the area that's circled, it looks like it took a solid hit, possibly from bottoming out quite hard.I honestly can't believe that rear bracket broke off. That picture has the same anodized big wheel kit as the one with the rail snapped clean in half. Wonder if it was the same dude.If you look at the area that's circled, it looks like it took a solid hit, possibly from bottoming out quite hard.
I would say that's from the arm coming down and bottoming out when it brokeIf you look at the area that's circled, it looks like it took a solid hit, possibly from bottoming out quite hard.
Hard to say which came first, the chicken or the egg...I would say that's from the arm coming down and bottoming out when it broke
The guy with the rail in 6 pieces claimed he was just riding around in soft snow and it fell apart lol.
Um...because that was the whole purpose of this thread? There does seam to be an issue with the hardcore front shock valving a springs, but why pull every photo you can find on faceplant and post them on here? It highly distorts the sample size.... And no one can speak to what might have actually happened to cause the breakage.
