Starting early this year for a change! Lets see what everyone is doing to their rides for this season! I PC the rails and spindles black, recovered the seat with an RSI cover, changed gearing to 19/43, HPS can, running boards/tunnel stiffner, mountain addiction gas rack, tunnel decal kit, and am waiting to get a carls cycle clutch kit, skinz front bumper and headlight delete kit, and a set of Raptor springs to replace the stock walker evans that ride so harsh!

I did the gearing because Im a heavier rider at 235 before getting dressed, makes it easier on the clutches, wont run as hot. The carls cycle clutch kit is the best on the market, from what I have been told. Better bottom and midrange response, more track speed.

The Powder coating was done at Prism powdercoating here in PG. Does a great job and was very reasonable on pricing. Paid 67 with tax for both rails and 50 cash for both spindles. The other shop we have here in town was double that. Had it done in less than a week too. His name is smokey.....great guy.

I would like to do the belt drive conversion also! Do you need to buy the tyson base or is that just an extra feature?

Ive been renovating since april and have built up enough brownie points for the sled season now! Good to go!

Yeah Smokey does good work. Why didn't you do the A-arms? Now just remove the pro rmk decals and get the 800 decals in flat black and it would look killer!

I may change out the arms for the holz or timbersled and will get them in black. Not gonna spend the money on these. Thinkin bout putting in the side vents which means I will have to remove the pro rmk decals. The 800 would look good in flat black on the white shadow! Gonna talk to my decal buddy!

The base plate is an extra feature!! I have the C3 kit in the shop but not gonna put it on until after I get my sled serviced at Cycle North; probably in a couple weeks.

Track is the best thing I ever did to this sled way better flotation & hooks up better in spring snow ten fold better than stock competition track. Wheels didn't do anything but looks!!!! Did track with stock drivers & was like $880 if I remember correctly & sold my stock track for $500

Rapotor springs hey, my 2011 pro i feel rides harsh and i want to do something to make it better, so have you riden a sled with raptor springs, im assuming a yamaha raptor quad springs, this sure would be cheaper than buying all new shocks if it works.
