not sure i agree with every couple years but after the unit is "x" years old or mileage is "y" they should have to be inspected at intervals after that. i know in Japan they will not reg/ins anything with over 100k on it i think it is. thus the reason for all there rhd nissans and toyotas crowding our streets now over here.
another vehicle that should be outlawed in canada and the us. extremely dangerous on 2 lane highways imo.
