wont start

700 king quad, just put in a new fuel filter in tank and now it wont start. I turned it over and over but just doesn't even want to start. Does this mean the pump is fu.. or any ideas. I want to go quad ding tomorrow.

does the filter have a directional arrow in it?? Did you install it correctly?

no directional arrow its the one that goes on the fuel pump

I would pull it out and try to blow through it then install it correctly

i blew the pump out before i installed it, and new fillter, and i can here the pump when i turn it on. but it wont even cough. does the pump need to be primed and if so how does one do it. or do i just go back out there and turn it over until the battery is dead?
