Where to stay for the Jamboree?????

Maybe 4 sledders coming out to the Jamboree in Feburay. Any ideas on a good place to stay with half decent rates, nice parking, and nice rates. Never been there and responsible to make it all good for the trip. Any info would be nice. Feel free to pm me or post it.

Called to get a cabin, still got some available. However, did not mind the 15 days advance cancellation policy, could live with that. But as soon as I book it, there is an automatic 200 dollar fee if I cancel tomorrow. Bit steep and too much time in between now and then.
Anywhere else without such steep policy?
