My 08 xp 800 154 works very well but its time to make it an animal on steroids!! Any suggestions as what way to go. Was thinking ripcharger or big bore but don't know if I should do 860 or 880 and who is the best to go through. Thanks everyone

94 octane and 180+ HP is NOT going to happen. PERIOD. If you luck out and get an engine builder who doesn't give you the shaft, you MIGHT get an honest 165-170 with a strong big bore running 14:1 (25% race gas or 50% AV gas).

If you are looking for a big bore kit Terra Apls in Kelowna has a decent ont for around 4k. You can take you sled to them and they will do all the work and tune it for you as well. i just had a quote to do the same to my rev and I think it was just under 4k all said and done.

Cheers

you want to run twin pipes??? why not get the guy who they modelled the pipes around... Lindermann at Arctic Edge performance, in the pass. Biggest number i have seen was 184hp with twins and his setup, this was a dynoed number. I think it safe to say most come in around 175ish
