Ok just a quick question i was under the assumption if you got a last years mdl# in the crate and didn't put it together until "x date" warranty doesn't start until its put together.

Had one dealer run my S/N# and it only showed i had 4months and it has all ready ran out and i have not had the sled for more than 5 months. My current dealer is closed so i'm unable to get into contact with them.

Anyone want to offer some insight?

what kind of sled. year model etc. some manufacturers operate differently

2012 XF 1100 Turbo. Wasn't out of the crate until middle of Oct 2013 and picked it up in Nov.

Check with your actual dealer, some dealers may offer their own warranty over and above what the factory warranty is.

IIRC there is usually a basic warranty-dealership, then when the machine is signed for it becomes a default warranty.

I'd flip out... your dealer better fight for you on that one. Is the dealership closed?

They are closed today. So that's why the other dealer was called. Call them tomorrow and see what i can get done.
