TZ1 servicing?

Anybody done any servicing on these horrible creations? like the easy way to get to the plugs and throttle bodies ect.!? Dealer was a dud today they never seen one

TTT anyone know how to get the airbox out without complete dissassembly?

Sorry,there is no short cut!! They are simply a bitch to work on..Full service with spark plug change runs just over 4-5 hours...

ya i found out the hard way, i charge 2 hours for pre-season service and i was 6 hours into that POS. I now have a no 4 stroke rule. Thanks for the post anyway.
