It also says I think, that it is up to the Credit card company to prove that you were negligent with the password, not up to you to prove that you were not. Again, lawyer fees may make it more expensive to fight. Definitely won't be doing business with the UFA any more.

thats a crappy deal! im still having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that the thieves got the pin number for the card?

me too, although, if ya present card on counter they will take it, you sign someones name and away ya go. had a lot of cigarettes pop etc purchased as gas over the years.

Actually it's surprisingly easy if there good with numbers and have patience, and with it only being 4 digits

after the third try your card is supposedly locked out and u need to go to the front desk.
