I just wanted to say thanks to Einar at Avalnche Safety Solutions. Had an issue last week with my Snowpulse backpack and the Venturi valve. The place where I bought it from couldn't help me nor did they have any clue about the piece. I remember reading about Avalanche Safety Solutions on a few forums, so I called them up and asked if they could help me with my issue. Einar took my e-mail address from me and within an hour I had what I needed in front of me. Just thought that this was pretty cool of them as I've never met or been to there shop, or even talked to them before this. Thanks again.
