I remember you telling us this when we were up there! You have to give props to your wife for being up there for so long. I mentioned to a good friend of mine about the lodge being for sale. He's interested, but both our girlfriends said they didn't want to live there!!! The way I see it, I could sell my house right now, pay here out half and still give you what you want for the lodge!

All furniture etc is included in sale. sheets, towels, alarm clocks, everything to make it a turn key business opportunity.

We originally bought the furniture from a Lodge in Whistler BC. The Lodge there was bought up by the marriott resort and they were selling everything.

Is there a reserve price on the auction?

We have a minimum bid of $125,000
We had it listed with a realtor for 1 year at $259,000. During the year we had two offers and we had accepted them around $240,000.
Both fell through because buyers had no money and bad credit. Just dreamers.
So we decided to list it for way below and try the auction route. It's risky. We could lose money and someone could get a smoking good deal.
