Speedometer not working

My 11 Summit 800 went in for first service and when I got it back the speedo didnt work. I understand that it will be warrenty work, but when I eventually have time and can get it in I want to be able to say whats wrong and what they need to do so I am not going back and forth. Anyone have any idea whats causing this? Connection? Switch?

If they serviced the chain case they probably just missed plugging the sensor back in. Just open you left side panel and follow the wire coming from the center of the chain case cover. There is a 2 wire plug on the tunnel just above the left foot well. If it's not plugged in you won't have a speedo. Just plug it in and problem solved.

that was exactly the problem. Thanks. When I called they said that it worked... the plug was far from attached... I think they are lying to me
