We also do custom snorkles. We are in Red Deer. Most of the custom installs runn around 450. We do not build kits though.

2-1/2 suction hose 10'
6' of 2" pvc stock
3- 45's
gasket maker
3x2 rubber reducer-- crappy tire sells them
hose clamps
3x3 rubber 90

$86.00 toltal

Plus whatever i need to put on ends coming up through console

crank breather hose is relocated behind speedo and the hose diameter is increased to reduce restriction do to the extra lenght.

Do the kits for the Sportsman cut through the front box or the front cab? I would like to keep my front box if possable. I also have HSP dual exaust will those pipes interfere with your snorkel kit? Thanks..

i ordered from east coast snorkels in the states with shipping i paid 287 and some change 480 sounds a little high to me but its up to u

I was going to use the mud in my blood plans, but found some strong 2-1/2 hose that flexes quite well, used that.

Finished up last night i have my cvt and air intake coming straight out the front console, infront of pod on fender. The cvt exchaust I put on the right side of console. Looks good will post some pics monday.

Will try it out this wekend see how she works.

i have all the plans and have pretty much improved the snorkell kit that all jacked up sells its 780 bucks from them but ive fixed a couple of their flaws on the 800 sportsman and it does not interfear with the front box
