If your talking about the Gen2s from simmons, everyone that is running the yamaha's love them that I talked to. Seem to give alot better floatation and no issues with side hilling or boondocking. That is just what I have herd from some of the guys.

Put the Gen II on my wife’s Phazer this summer, so I haven’t been able to try them out. I was told that in soft powder the sled would still side hill well. In firm snow conditions it would make side hilling harder and make the sled more stable overall. And obviously flotation would be greatly improved.
