2003 600 rmk is way to ruff on trail mogul's ,Is there any thing that can help .Its my wife sled and she Is only 115 pounds .

Have a look at the upper mounting location of the front track shock. I believe it comes from the factory in the upper position. If yours is there move it to the lower mounting position on the torque arm. That will allow the skidframe to move easier when you hit a bump.
There are different torsion springs available but you probably already have the lighter (standard) ones.
