When we were in Valemount last year, we met a guy who had covers that fit over the skiis, kinda like oversized skins, to protect his trailer floor from the carbides. Does anyone know where I could get a few sets?

My friend bought a pair at the snow show a couple years ago BUT they don't fit over mountain skis just the narrower MXZ ski .....saves the driveway and garage floor

The ones we saw were used with powderhounds so they should be safe on my dragons gripper skiis.

Thanks a bunch.

If you want to buy them in Edmonton go to Cycleworks on 75th street and Roper road. They are around $100.00. There is two styles, wide mountain and narrow ski patterns.

I made a rough set out of 1/4" poly sheeting with a heat gun. Used a couple pieces of alum. angle, drilled a hole in front and behind the spindle in the angle, and slipped a bolt in the front hole and a pin in the back hole. It was about $35.00 in material and about a 6 pack as timeline of the fabrication.....
