just was seeing what everyone thinks about trying to rebuild the rollers on a cat secondary or just buy a new one! just helping out a kid that is still in school and has some clutch problems. he went through 10 belts last winter on a 01 zr 800. the primary looks like it needs some rebuilding too, but i forgot to take my puller with me.

Replacing rollers on the secondary is easy. You can get some better aftermarket rollers too. If he's burning belts like that there are other issues. Check clutch alignment, offset, paralellism and belt deflection. His clutch setup might need tweaking too. Is he runing the 020 belt? I have had my 02 ZR 800 for a few years now and never burned or broke a belt!

Great sled with a good strong motor. One of Cats better moments in time. Done lots to mine as well. Enjoy!
