Roll cage builders?

Anyone build roll cages? I want a better one for the rzr but dont want to buy one from the states. I'm thinking of doing it myself with a friend thats a welder...but we dont have a pipe bender. lol

Bending is the hardest part, you can't do it with a pipe bender, unless you use pipe. Most of the cages are made from DOM tubing and a decent bender for the tubing is over $600. A regular pipe bender like you get at Princess Auto will kink the tubing.

thats correct.. it will be 1.75 dom pipe.

Go and Talk to Rick @ Frabratech his shop is just off mountlawn Rd. He builds everything to do with racing he might be able to hook you up if he not to busy .

Might be a little far, but Comet welding in Lacombe ( just north of Reddeer ) builds cages, doo virgin on here had one built for his rhino, looks like good work, and reasonable priced.
