Riding the old rail line from Horburg west in the spring

Just looking at exploring trails this spring along the old rail line from Horburg west to the pipeline that intersects north/south near the Jackfish Lake area, and am wondering if anyone has a gps map or google map of the area that they are willing to share. I have read a few posts from the past, and am looking for an easier route (Palmer's Cabin route?) to ride along (ie. avoid "The Ravine")....I have only explored this area once for a few hours a long time ago, so I am also wondering where the best place is to unload my quad and stage at (as close to Rocky Mountain House as legally possible). Thanks for the help!

Why don't you just join us when we go in June? A bunch of us get together and ride from Horburg to Nordegg, stay the night, and ride back in the morning. If you PM me your e-mail address, I can send you a Garmin gpx of the route.

Im also looking at doing this ride with my team do you guys do this ride every year?
