We are heading out to Athabasca area tommorow morning. Around the pulp mill was told there is about 2 1/2 ft of snow. MUST BUST it up...will take some pictures if possible.. :d

yeah lots of snow up here u are about 30mins from my house from the mill

KOOL....Never been there. My neighbor is heading that way so we are tagging along. Leaving here around 8am, need a fuel stop along the way. Weather looks like it will be good. Maybe see you out there.

Went riding East of the pulp mill past Athabasca today....AMAZING snow. Good 3 ft. of snow at the least. LOTs of untouched POW. I got stuck a few time as you will see in some of the pictures. Another fellow rider was stuck as well. My Hubby had to ride the kids Summit X ( his powder special is broke) and forgot that it wasnt a kitty, but he STILL tried to make it climb a tree, LOL Funniest thing I ever saw, what a BONE HEAD, LOL 
. A few shots of the Athabasca River where it meets the Lac La Biche River. Had lunch there, where we meet up with 3 other riders. Enjoy the pictures, excellent riding day.:d

iam glad u had a great time i love it out here but i had to work todayif u went across the lac la biche river and took the forestry road u would be 9 miles from wandering river just a little bit of imformation u might need some day lol:d

Thanks for that info, I did feel we were in the middle of NO WHERE. Glad we had someone local riding with us. Would like to ride the area again, but maybe at a slower pace. Take some time to look around and enjoy the senery. :d
