I've got a 2007 rhino 660 and looking for a bit more power. Looking at a 686 or 720 kit, but thought i would see if anyone has one of these kits and the power gain they got from there bore/upgrades. Any input would be helpful.

Thanks.

I would do the 686 kit + cam with an FCR 39/41mm carb(which is also my plan) the 720 I believe is a stroker and yes would a good unit, but IMO unreliable.

I would recommend upgrading the middle drive gear and rod while you are in there, there has been alot of them fail after adding more power

I stroked (Hot Rods crank) and big bored (Wiseco) my Grizz and no reliability issues at all. Only complaint was had to add a bit of race fuel (1 gal c-12 to 4 gal premium). Put a Wiseco 1st over and cam in a Rhino and was a nice little bump in power. If you haven't already done it, try some clutching, it helps them out without the big cost (shim the primary, add greaseless overdrive weights, and a purple or gold EPI spring).
