Reverse not engaging

So I have a 12 pro rmk and when I use my reverse on hard snow or the road it's fine. But when there's resistance my belt engages moves like a inche then the belt will start like grinding jumping and that the clutch kit is fine and should work. But it isn't. Can't figure it out? Thanks
