Replacing Bottom Pan on xp

Curious if anyone has replaced the bottom pans on their xp's. Having issues keeping panels closed tight as both sides are cracked and distorted in a number of spots. Looking at doing both the left and right side at same time any info or tricks to changing them appreciated.

Air rivet gun and it will take about 10 minutes to put on. Easy not even a two job :d It will take you longer to drill out the rivets. Pull the pipe will help as well.
