When my sled is sitting idle and I rev it up enough to engage,as soon as it engages it sounds like the weights hitting the side of the housing, and as soon as it returns to idle it sounds like the weights clunk back into the original position,The clutch has been gone through and everything set up bang on and it runs fine works good, but this noise is buggin the hell out of me,one guy I talked to said this is normal,Im having a hard time believin him.
Anybody seen this before,Cats dont do that LOL!

Your 900 ? I would recheck the rollers and definitely check the bushings in the weights. I've had rollers seize and flat-spot on me and I've also had weights wear into the spider because of worn bushings. My 9 had MTX weights at 79 grams and it would wear out the bushings every 200-300 miles.
