powdercoating rapid hitch

anyone ever had this done? mine looks like crap now after being on all winter. tried cleaning and polishing but not workin too well. any thoughts?

You would need to sandblast it first. Check with Permacorp in Edmonton they do powdercoating.

I wouldn't. Powdercoat is fairly thick (around 15-20 mil count), The tolerances are too tight on the hitch. If you want it coated, I'd have it soda or bead blasted and hard anodized. We get all our sandblaster parts done at Anderson Anodizing in St Albert, they do a great job.
