I have been looking for after market parts for a RT 1000 Summit but have noticed that there aren't much out there. Anyone know of some shops that carry for this sled?

Thx

Well if your pushing that you should enlighten the rest of us. Im running a Bikeman 1100 kit with twins and i would say its a solid 200. Never had it on a dyno though. The only way ive seen 255 Hp out of these sleds is with a turbo. Id be willing to call your bluff cause if your not i want whatever you have done.:d

Ha, ya I hear ya. Just want to be able to get it up to 200hp. I have heard that some peeps are hitting this with no problem.

Its called the NOS, it has the dunn clutching and Big Thunder Nitrous 30/50 and the 100hp shots. It goes ZOOM ZOOM. It has a full studded race track just to help get tractsion.....LOL

I also dont think that when i have my clutching set to handle that 100hp shot of nitrous it would pull my 162" by 3" well.

Ya, I'm kinda looking for a constant 200hp. I have 160-165 in my REV right now. Everyone I call seems to tell me that my options are either turbo or NOS but I don't like either. Even my machinist said that they hadn't had much luck with the RT 1000. I think that I will stick to my REV and go big bore. If I can get it to 175-180 with the weight it is at, that will be just fine. I liked the thought of having a fuel injected sled and a constant 200 hp but I guess that is just a pipe dream for the RT.

200 is easily attainable. Seen lotsa stuff on doo talk about these.
I also use the dynamo joe clutch kit and it works good. Also have the "duck" floating the secondary to help prolong belt life.

'07 mid altitude program(good for 178hp)
twin pipes with programmer(good for 18hp)
reeds kit(good for 2 - 3hp)
air intake kit(good for 2 - 4hp)
cylinder head domes(slightly raise compression) - (good for 4-8hp)

this will put you up to 200hp quite easily without the fun button.
Just sayin'

I didn't know the mid map raised the HP. That makes more sense now. I had a hard time understanding how some people could state how they were running 200 with a pipe, can and boondocker. Then again some measure HP by the sound of a can.:d

Do you have to mix fuel with high altitude domes you run?

Thanks for the help
