P2 Clutch

Has anybody heard what is going on with the P2 clutch that's supposed to be on the new sleds. I heard they have taken it off some models?

They have taken it off of the big bore sleds as they were not made strong enough for the horsepower...thats what my dealer told me anyway.

Do you think it would be worth looking into on my 08 Switchback 600?

They say that it is a smoother roller as it has 3 compared to the team with two rollers, but the team is a proven secondary that is easy to tune for your riding conditions, there is not to much on the P2 as it is a new clutch....i would wait a year until polaris irons out the issues before purchaseing one for your sled.

The 2009 600 RMK sleds have the P2 clutch and the magnesium chaincase covers on them.
