John Deere Gator 835M clutch

Buddies Gator is having clutch issues. Hits hard from what I’ve found is the spiders on the primary are not machined in parallel which creates pucks to stick and hit hard at engagement.
Buddy has significant physical issues and his Gator is his escape, I’d like to get the issue fixed and make his ride more enjoyable.
Anyone have an idea or a fix for the sticky clutch issue?
