It's an 09 250, and I love it. Was looking for a late model 300 but couldn't find any used 08/09 models so picked this up from a well known racer who had it as his second bush bike and it was maintained well and had all new plastics, tires, sprockets etc. Has 500 clicks and 27 hours on it and it's in great shape.

Once it's miled out and requiring a rebuild I'l pick up a 300 kit and turn it into a big bore at that time. Handles great!

nice, mines a 380 and the things a tractor, was thinking about a 300 xc next time.

Your 380 looks like a fun bike! i Love the look of that big 'ol pipe! a bit dinged up, but that just means you use it!

I'll throw on some pictures of my 250sx tomorrow. The 144 isnt orange anymore so im not sure if its allowed in this thread. hahaha

Like you were saying about slapping on a 300 kit GasCan, i plan on doing the same. They make a 300 SXS kit thats about $800. easy to change your self, and relitively inexpensive to up the torque and horse power. in the april issue of MXA they did exactly that to a 250sx. i was planning to do it for months, then i saw they did it and did a great article on it. They said it was less like a toned down 500 with all sorts of bottom end snap, and more like an angry 250.

I think you could also even do the 300 sxs kit on your bike. higher compression head is the only difference i think. i bit more snap.

2006 SX 105 pretty much brand new everything..except I'm looking for a new plastic kit..I'd like something with a bit of black/orange..anyone know where I can find sweet looking kits for cheap?

i love the orange frame, but anyone who has a black gas tank knows, having one isnt a good thing.

im hoping for 2011 they throw the 250 2-stroke in that frame also. slap a 300 kit on 'er and youve got a wild bike. i like the rear fender you can actually grab, even thought they stole the white rear from honda.
