Whats the way to go with turbo 2 strokes and oil injection, keep it or remove and do pre-mix?

i always do away with the oil injection. so i guess im kind of a biased opinion.

some kits need the room also. IMO when sinking that much $ into a machine i like to be safe and know its going to be getting oil and not rely on another mechanical system.

I agree. Ditch it and then you always know you're getting the right mix, plus I noticed I don't burn as much oil that way.

Nice sled deano, have you ridden the OVS turbo with the oil delete? did it run any different? what is everyones opinion on lubing the crank with the oil delete kit??

p.s. you should look into getting the heat shield to go between your intake/ injector wiring and your pipe.

Removed heat shield when oil injection went. Hope that screen setup will keep heat issue under control.

is it safe to pre mix oil with fuel injected engines? heard that the oil can plug up injectors etc...

Have removed oil injection on last 6 EFI cats, only had one problem which may or may not be linked to it. Water pump drive seized. Turbo seems to use a lot less oil premixed over the injection. So far so good.
