not shifting

hi there ,so heres my problem i have a 97 ext 580 and im having a liitle clutch trouble,it seems like it wont shift out of low gear and when it comes back to an idle the clutches seem to stay engaged and it will take off on its own. the primary clutch was completely worn out so i rebuilt it thinking that was the problem but it still does the same thing, the secondary is still in good shape as well.im out of ideas,not sure what else it could be so if anybody has any ideas on what it could be,it would be appretiated. thanks

the belt is to tight need shim in secondary,belt defection 1.5-2 inches

buttons need to be replaced metal on metal also could be weak or broken spring

How much slack do u have, and is your clutches aligned properly?
