I can't wait to hear the cat guys next winter....

Its been years of "oh ya? just wait..." and "if you knew, what I know..." or "I've seen the prototype, it exists" yadda yadda yadda...

Maybe, just maybe there's nothing coming...

ok, still wondering what, exactly did the french judge from Quebec find that was copied?......... and is the new Ascender chassis part of this?

He was the same guy as was on the SNC-Lavelin case....

You can probably change out any of the Quebec judges and get the same biased ruling...


Canada knows how important Bombardier/BRP & SNC Lavelin is to Quebec's economy...millions of taxpayer dollars have benefited these companies over the years.....

I'm sure the french judge from Quebec (who before being appointed was a quebec gov employee ...assistant deputy minister) was not biased against an American company over the quebec based company.
